This Usubi Lamp is an original design inspired by Japanese culture and art. The word “usubi” comes from a Japanese word meaning “soft light” or a ray of light shining through the clouds. This beautiful accent piece features an intricate wood frame with laminated paper panels. Lamps are handmade, then finished with four coats of polymerized tung oil. UL listed with a 25-watt candelabra bulb. Available in Cherry, Walnut, or Maple.

Jonathan Leck
Jonathan Leck is a master craftsman and artisan who was awarded the Wright Spirit Award from the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy in 2023 for his lifetime work on the restoration of more than a dozen Frank Lloyd Wright private homes and public site house museums. Jonathan is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
